Before scheduling the Pennsylvania real estate exam, you must complete your required pre-licensing education and receive authorization to test. 

Steps: 

  1. Complete your Pennsylvania pre-licensing education 
  2. Submit your exam eligibility application through Clarus 
  3. Upload your course completion documents 
  4. Wait for authorization approval email from Pearson VUE 
  5. Schedule your exam online through Pearson VUE 
  6. Choose a testing center or remote proctored option 
  7. Pay the exam fee at the time of scheduling 
  8. Receive your confirmation notice

  • Breaks are not allowed during remote exams
