The real estate post-license course in Florida contains practical training and information about real estate business planning, prospecting, and real estate documents. This post-license course is all you need to fulfill the state requirements to renew your Florida Real Estate License.
To renew a real estate license as a newly licensed sales associate, you need to meet the post-licensing requirements by completing a 45-hour post-licensing course in Florida by your first license renewal date. To renew a real estate license as a newly licensed broker, you need to meet the post-licensing requirements by completing a 60-hour post-licensing course in Florida by your first license renewal date.
In Florida, you will have to complete your real estate post-license course within 18 to 24 months of acquiring your license. This will be the first renewal date of your license.
