Adelyn Ortlieb was first licensed in real estate in 2004. She started in residential real estate just before the Baton Rouge Hurricane Katrina housing boom. Prior to joining her current position, Addy was the head broker for a Florida-based residential brokerage and spearheaded their expansion in Tennessee before founding a small consulting company. She worked with a large hospital company in-house after working with a commercial firm (first on a banking client account and then on the medical side). In 2011, Addy entered commercial real estate. Adelyn is licensed as a broker in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Georgia and has experience with residential sales/management, as well as commercial management/transactions.

Specializing in sales pre-license education and earning her instructor license in 2016, Amanda Adams teaches 60-hour Alabama Salesperson Pre-License and Post-License courses. Amanda has written two textbooks to help her students successfully pass the real estate course and the state licensing exam. Amanda is an associate broker at Intervest Realty in Montgomery, Alabama, and a member of MAAR, the Montgomery Association of REALTORS®. Amanda has served at the 2019 AREEA president (Alabama chapter of the Real Estate Educators Association) and has served as the AREEA webmaster since 2018. Between 2021 and 2022, Amanda served on two Alabama Real Estate Commission Education (AREC) taskforces to help guide and improve the direction of real estate education in Alabama. She has also taught two AREC-approved Instructor Development Workshops (IDWs) and serves as an Alabama CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) trainer.

She serves as the designated broker for the boutique brokerage and has completed numerous transactions in the real estate industry. Getting her start in the business by earning co-rookie of the year her first year as an agent, Amy has continued to build upon the foundation of her business by exceeding previous year’s production numbers annually as an agent and broker. Sponsoring agents and teaching both licensee and pre-licensee students comes naturally for Amy — for over 16 years, she was a teacher in public education. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in educational leadership from LeTourneau University.

Brian Austin attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. It was there that he discovered his love for both business and real estate. He gradated with a degree in business administration and returned to Maryland in 1983 to practice real estate part time. In 1997, he left his job in the Washington, D.C. Public Schools Inspector General’s Office and entered real estate full time. In 2006, he formed Royal Realty, a brokerage firm that operates today in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Brian’s firm provides both residential and commercial real estate services. Along the way, he has started several other companies and gained considerable experience in real estate development. After 39 years in real estate, Brian finds joy in sharing his considerable experience to those entering the field.
