How to get a Real Estate License in Vermont

To become a real estate agent in Vermont, you must first get your Vermont real estate license. The process of getting your real estate license generally takes a few months and includes the following steps:

The first step to getting your Vermont real estate license is to enroll in a real estate school and complete a 40-hours hour real estate pre-licensing course.

Once you have completed the Vermont 40-hour real estate pre-licensing course, you must pass a course exam that will help prepare you for the state exam. The exam consists of 100 questions with a minimum passing score of 75%.
