How to get a Real Estate License in Nebraska
To become a real estate agent in Nebraska, you must first get your Nebraska real estate license. The process of getting your real estate license generally takes a few months and includes the following steps:

The first step to getting your Nebraska real estate license is to enroll in a real estate school and complete a 66-hour real estate pre-licensing course.

Pass the course final exam
