At Colibri Real Estate, we’re confident you’ll love every course you take. And if you don’t, we’ll refund your purchase price. It’s that easy. Learn about our Refund Policy across different learning modalities:

Self-paced online courses

Starting from date of purchase, students have 30 days to request a refund.

Virtual livestream classes

Students may request a refund within 24 hours following the first livestream class. If a student no longer qualifies for a refund, they may swap to self-paced online learning. Livestream students who do not attend their first scheduled class will not qualify for a refund.  

Note: Students enrolled in New Jersey livestream courses get a 100% refund within the first seven days of their course start date.

More refund information

• If a course is completed, it does not qualify for a refund.
• If a student purchases a membership or package and has completed at least one for-credit course, a refund is no longer available for the entire membership or package.
• Physical textbooks, manuals, and shipping are non-refundable.
• For refunds on packages that include textbooks, $50 will be excluded from your refund to cover the cost of the literature.

Program-Specific Cancellation and Refund Information

The following states have unique cancellation and refund policies based on state law. If you are taking a course in one of these states, click the corresponding link below and read through the specific policy before digitally signing these terms and conditions. Your digital signature at the conclusion of the terms and conditions serves as your acknowledgement of and agreement to these terms.

New Jersey: Students taking New Jersey real estate courses can get an 100% refund within the first seven days of the class.

Pass or Don’t pay Guarantee

After completing our prep program, we guarantee a first-time pass on your state exam. If not, send us your state’s failure notice and we’ll reimburse the original cost of either your full pre-licensing or exam prep package you purchased.*

1. Purchase a qualifying pre-license package that contains exam prep or purchase exam prep on it’s own.
2. Within exam prep, complete at least three simulated exams with a passing grade of 80% or higher.
3. Sit for your exam within 30 days of completing our exam prep curriculum. The testing provider will notify you of your exam results.
4. Celebrate or get your money back! Email us at [email protected] with a copy of your first-try exam results within 30 days of the failed exam attempt.

*Additional terms and conditions apply, state laws prohibit some students from qualifying. The states of Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, and Tennessee do not permit guarantees on passing the state real estate license exam. The Colibri Real Estate exam prep program is still available to you, but we cannot offer or honor the Pass or Don’t Pay guarantee.
