How to renew a Real Estate License in Utah

Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Utah Department of Commerce. The process of renewing your real estate license in Utah is fairly simple and includes the following steps:

01. Complete your Utah Real Estate CE Course.

The first step towards your Utah real estate license is completing the required state-approved Utah Continuing Education course.

02. Complete your Utah real estate license renewal application.

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Utah Department of Commerce website and update your course completion numbers.

03. Pay the Utah real estate license renewal fees.

Lastly, you need to pay the renewal fees to complete the renewal process.
