Step 1: Complete pre-licensing Missouri real estate education.

Prospective students in Missouri are required to take pre-licensing courses from an approved real estate school. Once completed, you must obtain your official transcripts or certificate to finalize your license application.

Step 2: Pass your Missouri real estate exam.

After you’ve passed your pre-licensing exam, you’ll need to schedule your Missouri licensing real estate exam. While preparing for the exam, you may find questions not covered in the pre-licensing curriculum. Look to Missouri exam prep programs to address those answers in preparation for the state exam.

Step 3: Launch your Missouri real estate career.

Congratulations! A career with unlimited potential is on the horizon and you are officially a real estate agent in Missouri. From here, you can begin working with a broker who will help you find success.

Step 4: Renew your license and upgrade your skills.

To remain compliant in your state, you’ll need to renew your license with an approved Missouri real estate education provider. With renewal, you’ll also have the opportunity to increase your industry knowledge and build your local network.

Step 5: Advance your career.

There are no limits to your success in real estate. Take your career to new heights and expand your industry knowledge through advanced education opportunities like post-licensing and broker-licensing courses offered by Missouri-approved real estate schools.
