The Mississippi real estate exam is a required step to become a licensed real estate salesperson. It consists of 120 questions, is administered by PSI, and tests your knowledge of national real estate principles and Mississippi-specific laws. The Mississippi real estate exam is required to obtain a real estate license and is administered by PSI after your application is approved by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC).
