1. General Wisconsin Salesperson License Requirements:
The general requirements for real estate salespersons defined by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services are as follows:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Possess a reputation for or record of competency, honesty, truthfulness, financial integrity and fair dealing.
2. Salesperson License Education Requirements in Wisconsin

3. Additional Salesperson License Requirements in Wisconsin
