1. General Wisconsin Salesperson License Requirements:

The general requirements for real estate salespersons defined by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services are as follows:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Possess a reputation for or record of competency, honesty, truthfulness, financial integrity and fair dealing.

2. Salesperson License Education Requirements in Wisconsin

Below are credit hours required for the Wisconsin pre-license course to qualify for your salesperson license.

3. Additional Salesperson License Requirements in Wisconsin
