Below are the credit hour requirements to renew your real estate license in Tennessee:
– Broker: 16 hours
Your Tennessee Real Estate license must be renewed online through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission after completing your Tennessee state-approved CE courses.
License renewal cost for Tennessee Broker license renewal:
– Course Fee: $129
– License Renewal Fee: $75
– Late Fee: $50.00 per month for failing to timely renew. Penalties begin to accrue after expiration date. It is $50 per month up to – one (1) year.
