The 40-hour Massachusetts pre-licensing course is divided into two parts. Part I (19 hours) is fully self-paced — complete it anytime, at your own speed. Part II (21 hours) requires Part I to be completed first, and is only accessible during scheduled instructor session windows, as required by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons. During these windows, a state-approved instructor is available via Zoom to answer your questions in real time while you work through the course content.

Massachusetts state regulations require that at least 21 hours of your pre-licensing course include live, realtime interaction with a state-approved instructor. To meet this requirement, Part II of your course is only accessible during scheduled instructor session windows.
