This course is approved for three hours of CE for North Dakota salespersons, broker associates, and brokers who want to renew as active for calendar year 2026. This course covers the mandatory topic of real estate fraud and scams, including vacant property scams. It also covers common phishing scams used to steal identities for fraudulent purposes and scams targeting financially distressed homeowners.
