IL Broker Post License Risk Management/Discipline

This course is designed to meet 15 of the 45 hours of post-licensing curriculum required for real estate brokers, as set forth by the state of Illinois. It covers core topics that are essential to the development of a new licensed real estate broker, including fair housing, antitrust, transaction handling, and how to work with sellers and buyers. The course, which features video advice from experts, requires students to apply their knowledge using a variety of instructional techniques, including ethical activities, case studies, scenario-based questions, quizzes, and a practicum exercise.
