Washington DC Real Estate: Sales Agent (Continuing Education)
Online Info
Continuing Education and Renewal Date: August 31st of odd-numbered years.
Hours Required by DCRA: 15 hours.

o3-hour DC Fair Housing
o3-hour DC Ethics
o3-hour DC Legislative Update
•3 hours in Property Management
•3 elective hours
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.

Rosters are submitted electronically every Monday. **If you need or want the roster submitted earlier than the scheduled date, there is a $10 rush fee for that service.**
