Hours Required by the NH Real Estate Commission: 15 hours.

Post-Licensure Education Requirement: Effective February 1, 2020, a salesperson renewal applicant applying for their first renewal shall complete 12 hours of post-licensing courses in addition to the core course.

The 12 hours of post-licensing must consist of accredited courses in each of the four required post-licensing course topics, and may include one or more additional accredited courses from approved optional post-licensing course topics.
Required post-licensing course topics: P&S Contracts; Ethical Behavior; Disclosure Forms; and Agency.
Optional post-licensing courses topics: Fair Housing; New Construction; Advertising; Conflict and Dispute Resolution; Negotiations; and Broker Agreements.

Seat Time: The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires a timing device for all distance education courses to ensure that courses cannot be completed in less time than the approved credit hours. Please note that your course will time out after several minutes of inactivity.

Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.

Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.

Online Limitations

Post-licensing courses must be completed either in-class or by internet live-class.
