Texas Real Estate Brokerage
This course will take you through all the subjects mandated by the Texas Real Estate Commission, and includes instruction on brokerage concepts such as planning and starting a new brokerage office; creating a mission statement; writing a business plan; creating and maintaining office policies and procedures, identifying leadership and people management traits; staffing (recruiting, interviewing, and training); identifying agency relationships; analyzing personal and business ethics; explaining broker and sales agent relationships and responsibilities; maintaining trust accounts and business records; advertising and marketing; reducing liability and risk; complying with fair housing laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions; and planning business expansion.
