This is one of the five courses required to fulfill the 30-hour post-license education requirement in South Carolina. This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. This course will enhance your understanding of ethical behavior by providing sample scenarios and common illegal practices related to advertising, selling, leasing, fair housing, and other federal and South Carolina rules and laws. Passing this course will help you understand how to be an ethical agent who has a successful career.
