SC Unit II - Module A - Agency and Property Disclosure

This is one of the five courses required to fulfill the 30-hour post-license education requirement in South Carolina. This course covers the key issues associated with agency law, relationships, agreements, and the importance of fully disclosing all known real or potential property defects. It focuses on the first step in the agency process—establishing an agency relationship—as well as the disclosure of both interior and exterior property hazards to principals and other agents involved in the transaction.
