This course identifies the responsibilities of the managing broker regarding forming the real estate company, recruiting agents, and complying with Indiana license law in the operation of the company. The course begins with determining the legal organization of the business and identifying licensing and responsibilities of the company and the managing broker. The next chapter of the course focuses on launching the business from strategic planning and the logistics of operating a business. The material then concentrates on agency and responsibilities of the managing broker in managing licensees who represent buyer and sellers. The final section of the course covers recruiting licensees and additional license law requirements.
