Courses:
  • MN - 7/1/2025 - 6/30/2026 Salesperson & Broker Required Module: The purpose of this course is to provide salespersons and brokers with the knowledge and skills to comply with Minnesota real estate contract requirements. To ensure compliance with legal standards related to contracts, the course covers requirements mandated by Minnesota Statutes specific to elements of a binding contract; agency relationship disclosures; seller and licensee property disclosures; representation, facilitator, showing, and compensation agreements; and the residential purchase agreement.
  • Minnesota Agency Law and Fair Housing: This course explores the rules and laws regarding agency relationships. In it, you'll discuss how agency relationships can be created and terminated, review the types of agency relationships in Minnesota, discuss disclosure requirements, and examine federal and state-specific Fair Housing laws.
  • Handling Multiple Offers: Multiple offers often happen in a seller's market when competition for residential property is greatest and there are more buyers than there are properties for sale. However, it can occur in any market and especially for properties within an affordable price range. In this course, prepare for how to handle the scenario, no matter the market condition.
  • May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
  • Educating Homebuyers: This course provides the tools, techniques, and insights needed to guide buyers through the homebuying process. Help buyers find homes in the current market, prepare finances, negotiate, and more.
  • Educating Sellers: In this course, we will provide you with tools and information to help you educate sellers so that you can secure listings and smoothly guide your sellers to successful closings. Course topics will help you guide clients on the importance of staging, strategies for when homes have yet to sell, evaluation of multiple offers, and contract negotiations.
