This course is approved for 4-hours of CE for Iowa real estate licensees. The purpose of this course is to provide licensees with the knowledge and skills to better handle situations where an agent’s duty to act in their client’s best interest may conflict with other legal and professional obligations. As part of this course, you will learn how to fulfill your duty to provide fair housing and protect consumer information. You will also learn how to use effective communication skills to better meet the individualized needs of clients.
