Courses:
  • IL Real Estate Broker Management: The Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000 [225 ILCS 454/5-70(b) and (f)]  establishes that managing broker licensees’ continuing education requirements must include a 12-hour Broker Management CE (BMCE) course during every license term. This course provides a refresher on Illinois State laws and regulations, particularly the Real Estate License Act of 2000 and the Administrative Code (rules) of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Chapter 1 covers myriad topics, beginning with the recent amendments to the license act and associated rules, along with other legal amendments and industry updates that licensees must know. Chapter 2 reviews the importance of supervising sponsored licensees, particularly regarding advertising, supervision, training, teams, agency, and more. In Chapter 3, you’ll focuses specifically on the designated managing broker’s duty to provide supervision and oversight to new broker licensees. Chapter 4 covers what managing brokers must know regarding business operations, as well as a brokerage’s office policies and procedures.  
  • Illinois 6-Hour Core: This Illinois 6-hr Core course is approved for real estate broker and managing broker continuing education as required by the Illinois Real Estate License Act. The purpose of this course is to ensure real estate brokers and managing brokers know and can adhere to current laws and rules specific to license law, agency, brokerage agreements, disclosures, escrow, and fair housing.
  • Sexual Harassment Prevention Training: This course highlights risk management for real estate professionals as it pertains to legal or monetary consequences. Learn about risk and how it affects you, explore affiliations and disclosures, and identify legal advertising issues and how to avoid them.
  • May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
  • Educating Sellers: In this course, we will provide you with tools and information to help you educate sellers so that you can secure listings and smoothly guide your sellers to successful closings. Course topics will help you guide clients on the importance of staging, strategies for when homes have yet to sell, evaluation of multiple offers, and contract negotiations.
