Idaho Real Estate Commission Core 2025

The 3.5-hour Idaho Commission Core 2025 CE core course is required by the Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) to update licensees on recent legislation and relevant topics from the year. Chapters 1 and 2 provide the licensee with updates to Idaho and national case law decisions, along with legislative updates relevant to the practice of real estate. Chapters 3 and 4 focus on the updated Agency Disclosure Brochure, including its recordkeeping requirements. Chapter 5 reviews Idaho E&O claim handling and risk reduction, while Chapter 6 gives licensees a look at the key real estate organizations to contact with questions. This course contains an array of components to help licensees learn, including case studies, interactive knowledge checks, student polls, and handouts.
