Agency Law

This course is designed as a practical guide that will cover key facets of the law of agency. It will cover the history of agency law and the development of the agency arrangements throughout the years. The course will explain the key elements of fiduciary responsibility and the different ways an agency relationship may be formed and terminated in Arizona. This course will also delve into how to better fulfill the role of a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent in providing agency disclosures, establishing an agency relationship, and promoting the interest of a client in a multiple offer situation.
