2024-2026 Alaska Required - Environmental Issues and Land Use

This course is approved for two hours of CE for Alaska real estate licensees. The purpose of this course is to ensure licensees have an understanding of the environmental issues that commonly affect the health and safety of persons living in Alaska and property disclosure requirements related to environmental concerns inside and surrounding a property. Licensees will also learn about the role of the Alaska DEC in establishing and enforcing programs and regulations for the purpose of identifying and reporting environmental contaminants and cleaning up contaminants for land reuse and conservation purposes.
