This course is approved for two hours of CE for Alaska real estate licensees. Students will learn how to better uncover the needs of buyers and sellers and guide them through a smooth real estate sales transaction. Chapter 1 focuses on strategies for counseling sellers and Chapter 2 focuses on strategies for counseling buyers.
