    Earning her real estate license in 2000, Leanne McCracken has served in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She holds an M.B.A. from California State University-Bakersfield. In 2019, Leanne began teaching business and sales classes at California State University-Bakersfield and, a few years later, began teaching at Colibri Real Estate. She loves teaching because she gets the opportunity to share her passion with others while helping them achieve their career goals and dreams.

    Lillie Williams boasts 40 years in real estate and 32 years in public education. Currently, she’s the owner and CEO of New Pathways Consultants, LLC, an educational service company for real estate training. In conjunction, she also teaches at Colibri Real Estate. In her tenure, she served as an instructor of science and math in secondary institutions from public middle schools and high schools to universities and military education centers. To further her work experiences, Lillie earned her real estate salesperson’s license in 1983 and a Georgia real estate broker license in 1986. She currently serves as a school director/owner and a licensed broker in the metro-Atlanta area.

    Linda has been a licensed real estate agent and broker for nearly 36 years. In 1998, she was licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate as a real estate pre-licensing instructor. Since then, Linda has earned her DREI and CEDI certification. In her tenure, she has developed her own classes for both pre-licensing and continuing education. Currently, she’s licensed to teach real estate in Utah and six other states. For 20 years, Linda taught real estate law at Utah Valley University and has been a director of three different Utah real estate schools.

    Lisa is a broker associate in Oklahoma, where she is the assistant managing broker at Bloc Real Estate Group. After years of keeping up with real estate from the sidelines, Lisa began her real estate career in 2015. She has a long-time passion for education, mentorship, and community service. Lisa was appointed by two Oklahoma governors to their taskforce on early childhood education. As a new REALTOR® herself, Lisa mentored a team of newly licensed agents who closed nearly $15,000,000 of transactions within a two-year period. She is a licensed Oklahoma instructor and holds the following certifications: ABR, AHWD, SRS

    Lisa Stull has been in the real estate industry since 2003. She has worked as a realtor, assistant manager, associate broker, and real estate instructor. Licensed in both Michigan and Virginia, Lisa is passionate about helping students pass Colibri Real Estate’s pre-licensing course and state exam. She has been a teacher, trainer, and coach in various fields for over 25 years, including in the public school system and the Dept of Defense school system. Currently, she also instructs English-as-a-second-language students, as well as swim lessons and water aerobics.

    Lori is a client-focused broker with over 21 years of hands-on experience buying and selling commercial and residential properties. To attain a California broker’s license, Lori earned the following credentials: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). She is also a member of the Solano Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Additionally, Lori is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council, Women’s Council of REALTORS, Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council, and the Certified Residential Specialists Council.

She holds a bachelor’s in business management with a focus in real estate law and finance.     Marisel is an active broker in Georgia and an active broker associate in Florida; she earned her licenses in 2015 and 2014, respectively. In her tenure, she has successfully recruited, trained, and managed agents as a sales manager. Her experience in real estate spreads across commercial, residential, and land purchases in both Georgia and Florida. Maisel is passionate about educating, serving as a Colibri Real Estate instructor and as a substitute teacher at her childrens’ local high school and other surrounding community schools. Marisel holds a bachelor’s degree from DeVry University, with a major in business administration and a minor in human resources.

    Mark has 34 years of professional experience in a variety of aspects of real estate, including financial and market analysis, project and property management, investment and residential real estate brokerage, development, affordable housing, teaching at the university level, consulting, and third-party review. Mark was also an adjunct professor in the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy where he taught under-graduate and graduate-level real estate courses. Mark is a former director at the Housing Rights Center, a non-profit organization focused on preventing, litigating, and eradicating cases of housing discrimination. He was also a member of the Development and Audit Committees for The Trevor Project.

He also held a California real estate broker license from 1991 to 2013. Prior to joining Colibri in 2013, he was an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate, and Construction Management from 2000 to 2014. He also co-authored “”Global Real Estate”” (2004). He holds the following designations: J.D., M.A., M.Div.

    Noel is a native of New York State’s Southern Tier and has always had a passion for educating others. He obtained two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University in mathematics and linguistics, then went on to pursue a master’s degree in teaching from State University of New York-Cortland with a concentration in mathematics. When he isn’t teaching in the real estate world, Noel continues to tutor students in grades 8-12 with various math topics.

Then, after buying her first home in 2018, she entered the real estate market. To date, Rebecca has been a realtor for over three years in Northern California, focusing on first-time home buyers to help them navigate the stressful transition into homeownership. As an instructor with Colibri Real Estate, Rebecca’s teaching style is a blend of visual and interactive lectures as she aims to help students pass their California exam the first time.
