This course covers all the subjects mandated by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. It includes instruction on the broker disclosure form; how to list a property, including types of seller agency agreements and elements of seller agency agreements; buyer representation, including types of buyer agency agreements and elements of buyer agency agreements; how to act as a dual agent or transaction broker; termination of brokerage relationships; compensation; cooperation with other licensees; obligations of agents to clients and customers; property pricing; the role of the appraiser; types of financing; estimation of closing costs; contracts; earnest money; how to avoid misrepresentation; and types of construction.
