  • Risk Management: Initial Contact to Accepted Offer: This course is designed to provide the steps required to transition from the moment of first meeting a potential client through the entire agency relationship leading to a successful conclusion of the brokerage objective, whether it is a sale, a purchase, or a lease of real property. Additionally, you will examine inheritably difficult and risk situations that may arise in real estate. These include serving as a dual agent, representing a party when it's not an arm's length transaction, handling trust funds, or handling multiple offers and counteroffers.
  • NAR: May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
  • Educating Homebuyers: This course provides the tools, techniques, and insights needed to guide buyers through the homebuying process. Help buyers find homes in the current market, prepare finances, negotiate, and more.
  • Going Green: Elements of an Eco-friendly Home: Nearly 40% of home buyers consider energy efficient features to be “very important.” This course will help you guide homebuyers in their search with insights on how to reduce their environmental footprint, costs of sustainable homes, and pros and cons of eco-friendly materials and homes.
  • A New Look at Contract Law: In this course, expect to gain valuable insights on real estate contract history, evolution, and definitions and how to apply these learnings to the various forms and formats. Additionally, you’ll cover the legal angles including contract breach and Statute of Frauds.
