  • Pennsylvania Real Estate General Required Module: During this course, we will learn about the duties of a Pennsylvania real estate licensee, with regard to The Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA), the nature of written and non-written agreements, and the scope of agency disclosure. We will also discuss the features and benefits of real estate advertising, as well as issues surrounding escrow, including duties of a licensee, the requirements for security deposits, deadlines, and types of misuse. You will come to understand the role of the Commission regarding violations and disciplinary actions, along with associated penalties and the steps involved in disciplinary proceedings.
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate Commercial Required Module: This course examines important issues that arise when dealing with commercial leases in Pennsylvania. You'll explore important documents such as the letter of intent and the Agreement of Sale, gain insights on environmental issues and the EPA All Appropriate Inquiries Rule, and discuss leases, property management, tenant fit out, using the BOMA industry standards of measurement, the §1031 exchange process, and zoning.
  • Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
