Montana Property Management Trust Accounts

The Board of Realty Regulation has adopted an Administrative Rule requiring all active property manager licensees to complete a property management trust account course.?This course will focus on those issues revealed in audits, in order to provide licensees with the most pertinent information to maintain their trust accounts in compliance with Montana law.
