Mississippi Post License Course

This course covers all the subjects mandated by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for obtaining a permanent salesperson license. It includes instruction on agency relationships, contracts, earnest money, antitrust issues, fair housing, ethics, property condition disclosure, and other subjects intended to enhance the competence of salesperson licensees in representing consumers.
