IL Broker Post License Transactional Issues

This course is designed to meet 15 of the 45 hours of post-licensing curriculum required for real estate brokers, as set forth by the state of Illinois. It covers core topics core topics that are essential to the development of a new licensed real estate broker, including risk management, ethics, advertising, and professional development. The course, which features video advice from experts, requires students to apply their knowledge using a variety of instructional techniques, including ethical activities, case studies, scenario-based questions, quizzes, and a practicum exercise.
