This course covers three topics that are foundational for Delaware real estate licensees: Property management, leases, and property valuation. Specific focus is given to provisions set forth in Title 25 of the Delaware Code, with a focus on residential landlord-tenant law and commercial lease law. This course is approved for three hours of continuing education.
