  • 2022-2024 Vermont Mandatory Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons: This course covers details about the latest legal changes provided by Vermont legislators. Students will also review recent and relevant courtroom decisions that set precedence for other licensees to follow.
  • Vermont Energy Goals for Professionals: The Vermont General Assembly passed a law (3 V.S.A. § 138) that requires certain licensed professionals in that state to complete education on the state’s energy goals and how each licensee’s profession can further those goals. This course is intended to meet this requirement.
  • NAR: Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.

Explore tips for protecting yourself and clients, identify safety tips for preparing a client’s home for selling, and learn how to conduct safe showings. There is also updated course material relative to COVID-19 safety measures.
