Please Note: If you wish to pursue a New York broker license, and you have never enrolled in an approved 45-hour Broker course, then you need to complete the 75-hour New York Broker course, not the 32-hour course.

32-Hour Remedial Course: This 32-hour supplemental course contains the 30 hours of new material required for a broker’s license as of December 21, 2022, plus a 2-hour exam. It is designed for New York broker license candidates who completed an approved 45-hour broker qualifying course to satisfy the remaining educational requirements for a New York State real estate broker or associate broker license. Students who completed their 45-hour broker course after 12/20/22, or are currently taking the 45-hour broker course — and who plan on applying for a New York broker’s license — are required to complete a 32-hour New York Broker Remedial Course.
