Kyle Skinner inadvertently entered real estate in 2002 when he purchased his first investment property to use as a rental and served as a landlord and property manager. Since then, he now owns a great deal of rental properties and, in 2011, he became a realtor/broker. In his tenure, Kyle worked as a realtor at Century 21, RE/MAX, and then at his own brokerage, Southern California Realty Group. He holds an associate’s degree in real estate from Cerritos College, as well as a real estate broker’s license. He also has a bachelor’s from the University of Southern California and a master’s in counseling from Loyola Marymount University. In 2017, Kyle began teaching real estate courses as an adjunct instructor at the community college level; in 2021, he became an instructor at Colibri Real Estate.
