Andrew entered real estate in 2016; currently, he’s a licensed real estate broker salesperson, working with mostly Jersey Shore clientele. In addition to his experience to residential sales and rentals, he also specializes in guiding clients through the process of buying and selling vacation homes on and near Long Beach Island (including the many waterfront communities in Ocean County). In 2021, he started teaching pre-licensing courses with Colibri Real Estate when he discovered he had a passion for helping others begin their real estate careers.

Awarded “Realtor of the Year,”” he held several leadership positions with ACCBOR and was eventually elected as president for 2000-2001. During that time, he was also a real estate columnist for a local weekly newspaper.
