BJ has held a broker’s license for 36 years. Currently, he is president of Rosow Education and a broker associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in real estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He was also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to real estate, BJ is a successful entrepreneur, building a $60 million company from the ground up.

Licensed in Texas as a salesperson since 1973 and a broker since 1975, David opened the Academy of Real Estate in San Antonio in the late 1970s. As the administrator, he was responsible for operations, but he also taught several classes, including Ethics, Professional Standards, Contracts, Marketing, and more. He is a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program, as well as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
