When is the best time to get into real estate?
There really isn’t a bad time to get into real estate. Look around. We’re all in a house. We all work in a building. We’re all shopping in grocery stores. We need real estate – everybody needs real estate in every aspect of our daily lives. So, real estate is always out there.
Success as a real estate agent
One of the things my original broker taught me was that we all have our own excuses. We can all find an excuse not to be successful. Real estate really is the entrepreneurial spirit and those people who are willing to get into the industry, work hard, educate themselves, and do the right things every day – they’re going to be successful no matter what the real estate climate is. If you continue to find ways to differentiate yourself from the competition, you’re always going to be successful.
