How to renew a Real Estate License in Florida

Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The process of renewing your real estate license in Florida is fairly simple and includes the following steps: 

Step 1: Complete your Florida Real Estate CE Course

The first step towards your Florida real estate license is completing the required state-approved Florida Continuing Education course. 

Step 2: Complete your Florida real estate license renewal application

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation website and update your course completion numbers. 

Step 3: Pay the Florida real estate license renewal fees

Lastly, you need to pay the renewal fees to complete the renewal process.
