Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation. The process of renewing your real estate license in Vermont is fairly simple and includes the following steps:

Step 1: Complete your Vermont Real Estate CE Course

The first step towards your Vermont real estate license renewal is completing the required state-approved Vermont Continuing Education course.

Step 2: Complete your Vermont real estate license renewal application

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation website and update your course completion numbers.

Step 3: Pay the Vermont real estate license renewal fees
