Here's what you need to renew your Connecticut Real Estate license

Renewal Date: May 31st even years.
Continuing Education Date: Feb. 28th even years.  

Hours Required by The Division: 12 hours

•3 mandatory hours
    -3 hours concerning current real estate and fair housing legislation, licensing laws, and regulations. 
•9 elective hours
 

All continuing education must be completed between March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2026. The continuing education deadline is 3 months before the renewal deadline. 


Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.

Final Exam: While students are required to demonstrate mastery of the content at certain levels of the course, there are no passing requirement for the final exam.

Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
