BJ has held a broker’s license for 36 years. Currently, he is president of Rosow Education and a broker associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in real estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He was also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin.
