As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Belinda integrates a strong work ethic, mixed with a little humor, into her classrooms. Belinda currently holds a Certified Long Distance Learning Instructor certificate, as well as a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

    BJ has held a broker’s license for 36 years. Currently, he is president of Rosow Education and a broker associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in real estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He was also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to real estate, BJ is a successful entrepreneur, building a $60 million company from the ground up.

    Camie Jelinek is a licensed Missouri real estate broker. With more than 10 years of real estate and property management experience, she joined Colibri Real Estate in 2019. Camie is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). Camie is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and has shown her REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence by earning the C2X endorsement from NAR. Camie is also involved with Missouri REALTORS ®, Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), and serves as vice president of her local board of REALTORS®.

Currently, Connie teaches aspiring agents how to enter the real estate market successfully, and she also helps established agents advance their careers.

    Craig has worked in real estate for 30 years. As a team leader, he has mentored many agents and helped launch their own successful careers. In his tenure, Craig has closed more than 800 transactions. He is a licensed managing broker in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and California; he is also a nationally licensed mortgage loan originator. For 20 years, Craig has been a Chapter S business owner. Currently, he’s a certified instructor in both pre-licensing and continuing education.

    Dave is a second-generation realtor, licensed in 2006. He entered real estate just before the Great Recession’s market crash, and much of what he knows, he learned during the most challenging landscape for any real estate professional. He worked with first-time and highly qualified buyers, and he learned how to sell homes for clients in a buyer’s market with financial challenges. Leveraging what he learned during the recession, he hopes to pass on that knowledge to the next generation of licensed agents.

    A native of Honolulu, Diane has served as both a real estate salesperson and a real estate broker over the last 35 years. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in speech pathology and audiology from Ohio University and University of Hawaii-Manoa. In her tenure, Diane taught real estate pre-licensing and broker candidate classes for All Islands Real Estate School, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Colibri Real Estate, and Real Estate School Hawaii. She also managed real estate agents for Century 21 All Islands and Keller Williams Realty.

    Earl is a licensed broker and instructor in three Southern states. His career includes serving as an investment consultant, property manager, and a real estate school owner. With over 14 years of experience in real estate education, Earl has taught courses in pre-licensure, post-licensure, and continuing education. Earl is also a former adjunct instructor at Hondros College, Auburn University, and Alabama State University. He helped design the Alabama 60-hour Broker’s Exam pre-license course and served as a subject matter expert and consultant for state license exam providers and administrators.

    Eva Pusateri has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 2014 working with sellers and buyers in Chicago and nearby western suburbs. She has always provided concierge level services to her clients understanding this is the biggest purchase/sale they will make in their lives. Previous to joining the real estate industry, Eva served as a communications expert, coach, and trainer in the public affairs and corporate arenas. As a real estate trainer, Eva’s goal is to help her students learn how to be a successful real estate agents, utilizing both classroom materials and real life experiences.

    Gary obtained his California broker’s license in 2007 and, in 2016, he earned his Arizona real estate broker’s license. He also began instructing part-time at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business (ASREB) in July 2016. With Colibri Group’s acquisition of ASREB, Gary’s real estate instructor responsibilities expanded to Colibri Real Estate and its largest California brand, Allied Schools. In 2019, Gary was named the Arizona Journal of Real Estate’s educator of the year. In 2022, he earned a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) certification, as well as a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI).
