My course is expiring, how do I get more time?

If your course has expired or is nearing expiration, you have options within your course dashboard to gain more time.

Here is how to do that:

  • Log in
  • Locate the course in question
  • Click on “View Options”
  • Select the option that is right for you:
    • Extend – may come in 7, 30, and 60-day options
    • Retake – will start the course over
  • Complete payment

When you return to your dashboard, the expiration date will be updated.

Please note that options may differ based upon your state. We are not permitted to offer extensions in every state. If you are seeking licensure in a state that does not permit extensions, your only option will be to retake.
