West Virginia Salesperson License Requirements
Online Info
Continuing Education and Renewal Date: June 30th every year.
Hours Required by West Virginia Real Estate Commission: Seven (7) elective hours.
Duplicate Courses: Licensees are not permitted to repeat a course (same title and content) for two (2) consecutive renewal periods (equal to two (2) years).
Final Exam: The West Virginia Real Estate Commission permits only two attempts to pass the course final examination with a minimum score of 70%. If the exam is failed on the second attempt, the licensee must repurchase and retake the entire course, including the exam. The course final examination must be successfully passed to receive credit.
Certificate: With few exceptions, online course completion certificates are available for download at course conclusion and posted directly to your student dashboard.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary but are generally 6 months after enrollment date.
