This three-hour Law and Rule Required Course 2024-2025 (LARRC) addresses the mandatory topics approved by the Oregon Real Estate Board. It discusses various changes to Oregon Revised Statute 696 and Oregon Administrative Rule 863. It also revisits the critical topic of federal and state fair housing laws and describes new protections for Oregon victims of bias crimes.
