Oklahoma Code and Rules Update

Within this course, students will learn about the ever-changing roles played by brokers, broker associates, provisional broker’s associates, and other types of affiliates who work in the real estate profession in Oklahoma. Rules and regulations can be quite fluid in that they can change on an annual basis or every few years. As such, it is important for agents to stay on top of the latest rule changes established by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, the state Legislature, and more recent legal case rulings because they each can play a significant role in how agents are to behave as a professional licensee each and every single day.
