Oklahoma Broker In Charge

This course is intended to satisfy part of the continuing education requirements for Oklahoma broker licensees. Any Oklahoma broker who holds or has held a license type of Broker Manager (BM), Proprietor Broker (BP), or Branch Broker (BB) during any portion of his/her current license term is required to successfully complete an approved Broker in Charge course consisting of 15 clock hours, or its equivalent, each license term beginning with those licenses that expire on or after June 30, 2012.
This course begins with an introduction and overview before covering general requirements, broker responsibilities, supervision, place of business, advertising, disclosure requirements, trust accounts, investigations, office management, and policy. Students will also be introduced to the statutes and rules of the Commission and federal laws related to real estate throughout this course.
